Reward Offered For Murder Weapon

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information on the whereabouts of the Glock .357 SIG caliber handgun believed used in the homicide of Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Nikky Green.

The weapon may have been discarded in a trash dumpster behind the Travel Lodge on Interstate Drive in Norman before December 30th, 2003. "We believe someone may have found the gun in the dumpster and kept it without knowing its significance in this case," Jessica Brown, Public Information Officer for OSBI, says.

If anyone has information to the gun's location, please call either your local police or sheriff's department or call OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.
