Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials are searching for the identification of a hitchhiker who was struck and killed by a vehicle on Interstate 40, November 30 at approximately 10:30 p.m.
A white female believed to be 19 years of age was hitchhiking near the westbound 101 mile marker in Caddo County when she was hit by a vehicle. The victim has short brown hair, brown eyes, weighs 130 pounds and is five feet, five inches tall. She carried no identification or personnel effects.
Earlier that day, law enforcement authorities report the victim to have indicated her name as Ronda Spears. She has a tattoo on her upper left arm that reads "Uncle Bo's Little Wild Child" in script lettering.
