AMBER Alert Information
Oklahoma Amber Alert Aja Johnson
Amber Alert is issued by the Comanche County Sheriff's Office. Abduction is believed to occurred sometime before 9 pm January 24, 2010 in Geronimo, OK.
Victim is a Aja Johnson, White Female, 7-year-old, 4 feet, 65 pounds, Brown hair, brown eyes - very thin build. Victim is very slender -- no clothing description. Suspect is
Lester Hobbs, White Male, 47-year-old, 5 feet 9 inches, 180 pounds -- no clothing description. Suspect is driving a white 1992 Toyota Paseo Oklahoma license Plate number 577BPW.
The back window has been replaced with a piece of sheet metal. Suspect is also wanted in connection with the homicide of the victims mother.

Section 589 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes states, in pertinent part:
"It shall be unlawful to willfully, knowingly, and without probable cause communicate false information concerning a missing child to
a law enforcement agency that causes or encourages the activation of an AMBER alert warning system. Any person convicted of
violating the provisions of this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for
not more than one (1) year or by a fine of not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment."
